This flexibility allows businesses of all budgets to have a personalized space to market and promote their brand, no knowledge of coding required!
WHAT IS THE DESIGN PROCESS?
During your initial consult, we will discuss your website needs and go over content for your pages. Custom graphics will then be created for you and layout will begin. Unlike other design companies, clients are welcome to log in to view their site at any time during the design process on my platform. Once the site is completed, we will then walk through the site together.
HOW MUCH IS THIS SERVICE?
My Web Design Package was built to be truly affordable. I love working with start up companies and small businesses, and as many know, sometimes their budgets are limited. My work is completely digital which means I do not have overhead costs and that is reflected in my pricing. This fee includes building your initial website and custom graphics for it. Updates you may need for the year are complimentary. Some clients request refreshes each quarter and some ask to tailor their website to be festive for the holidays. Each client is unique when it comes to updates. Requesting updates is optional but does not affect the cost of your service.
ARE THERE ANY LIMITATIONS?
The Web Design Package does not include the cost of a site hosting subscription or any additional domains. One complimentary domain address is included with the Unlimited Plan. This plan is $18/month (monthly option) or $14/month (annual option) and is paid directly to the site host. Also, please note that while I am happy to help you refresh an existing site you already have, there may be copyright limitations from your previous designer. Some platforms or sites may also have feature restrictions based on their layout or a client's plan/subscription.
WHAT ARE CUSTOM WEBSITE GRAPHICS?
As part of my service, I offer a built-in graphic design extension for website clients that includes uniquely made site components such as headers, favicons, navigation buttons, ads, collages, backgrounds, and more. These items are specifically designed to match your branding via fonts, colors, or theme.
CAN I HAVE A STORE/CART ON MY WEBSITE?
With my hosting platform, I can add a cart and store feature at no additional charge. This includes individual sub pages for product offerings with images, pricing, product variants, shipping options and inventory tracking. Currently, my site host integrates this feature using the payment service Stripe. Accessing the Stripe account is separate from your website and only the business owner has access, adding an extra added layer of security. Alternatively, I can create a custom payment button for customers to make a purchase that is connected to another servicer such as PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or an option of your choice.
CAN I USE MY OWN DOMAIN?
Yes! If you already own a domain, I can help you connect it to your new website. There is no additional charge and the update is typically immediate. For clients who own multiple domains and want them all to forward to their site, the process is the same.
DO I OWN MY SITE?
Yes! While I access the website to design and update it at the client's request, clients can login at anytime to view their site, too. The ownership does not change upon completion of my services. My platform is extremely versatile and user-friendly and clients can make changes of their own to their site, or they can submit a request and I will complete the updates as soon as I can. Please note, websites are digital products and are non-refundable.
